Exchanges & Returns
We love happy customers. Whilst we know you will also love Little Amigos we understand that sometimes an item you purchase might not be the right size, colour expected or you might just not like it. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code and we will happily organize an exchange, replacement, refund or credit note. Items must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt unworn, unused and unwashed with all packaging and labels intact, or we are unable to accept the return. Please also include your Returns Authorisation Code and a copy of the receipt of purchase when you send the item back. Items returned without these will not be accepted. Please note delivery fees are not refundable and additional delivery charges are payable for shipping of new items.
Items purchased as sale or clearance items are not exchangeable.

All items dispatched from Little Amigos are checked and packaged with care. However, sometimes mishaps occur. If you receive a faulty item please contact us to discuss and obtain a returns authorisation code. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt unworn, unused and unwashed with all packaging and labels intact. Please send the faulty item to the Returns address above and include the authorised returns code and a copy of the receipt of purchase. On approval of the fault by us, we will give a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or organize an exchange or replacement of your choosing. Please note shipping costs are not refundable. In the case of an exchange or replacement the shipping of the new item is on us.
Loss & damage in transit
Little Amigos use Australia Post for delivery of products. By default we will use Parcel Post for shipping which doesn’t provide any insurance coverage for packages, so Little Amigos cannot be held resposible for any loss or damage that may occur using this shipping method. If you would like coverage for your package please select the Registered Post option and appropriate level of insurance coverage.
