How do I order?

There are several different ways of ordering from Little Amigos so the customer can decide what suits best.

Ordering via the online system is most efficient. To shop simply view the products you would like to order and add them to your shopping cart. When you are ready, proceed to the secure checkout. Little Amigos uses PayPal for all payment processing with the many advantages this brings to you, the customer - data encryption, email confirmation of orders, privacy of your information, fraud prevention, purchase protection. See www.paypal.com for more details.

Or feel free to place your order by email, phone or mail. We will contact you to confirm details and organise payment. In this case you can pay by cheque, bank cheque or funds transfer directly into our account. Please note no goods will be shipped until funds have cleared at the bank.

Also, we are only able to accept payment by credit cards via our online ordering system using PayPal for payment processing.

What is Little Amigos refunds/exchange policy?

We love happy customers. Whilst we know you will also love Little Amigos we understand that sometimes an item you purchase might not be the right size, colour expected or you might just not like it. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code and we will happily organize an exchange, replacement, refund or credit note. Items must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt unworn, unused and unwashed with all packaging and labels intact, or we are unable to accept the return. Please also include your Returns Authorisation Code and a copy of the receipt of purchase when you send the item back. Items returned without these will not be accepted. Please note delivery fees are not refundable and additional delivery charges are payable for shipping of new items.

Items purchased as sale or clearance items are not exchangeable.

What if the product is faulty?

All items dispatched from Little Amigos are checked and packaged with care. However, sometimes mishaps occur. If you receive a faulty item please contact us to discuss and obtain a Returns Authorisation Code. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt unworn, unused and unwashed with all packaging and labels intact. Please send the faulty item to the Returns address above and include the Returns Authorised Code and a copy of the receipt of purchase. On approval of the fault by us, we will give a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or organize an exchange or replacement of your choosing. Please note shipping costs are not refundable. In the case of an exchange or replacement the shipping of the new item is on us.

Is it safe to provide my personal details?

Little Amigos respects your privacy. Your information is only used by us to process your order. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

How long will delivery take?

Orders received by 5pm are packed and dispatched the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on location but this is normally 1-3 days after dispatch for metropolitan areas. Refer to the Australia Post website for further details.

What are shipping costs?

Little Amigos use Australia Post Parcel Post for delivery of products. The cost of sending your package depends on its size. Because the jumpers are thick, Australia Post use cubic weight when calculating the postage cost. To simplify this for our customers, the following postage costs will apply to your order and will be automatically added to your Paypal shopping cart. Remember to add Registered Post to your cart if you would like to use this option. Refer to Shipping for more information.

Does Little Amigos ship worldwide?

We love to share our products with those outside of Australia. Please contact us for details and a quote for delivery outside of Australia.

Do prices include GST?

All pricing on the Little Amigos website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
